Responsibilities of the SeniorSupplyChainManager:
Undertake SupplyChain Mapping to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks in the marketplace.
Provide ongoing operation support in the maintenance of all sources of SCM data and tools.
Provide commercial support and decision-making across all contracts and ensure that they deliver the strategic objectives of the project.
Support the professional development process, conducting reviews, setting objectives, providing mentoring, training and support to handful of direct reports.
Person Specification of the SeniorSupplyChainManager :
Team management & leadership skills.
Analytical, commercial and negotiating skills.
Communications skills, including report writing and presenting skills.
Experience of managing a supplychain management or supplier engagement programme in either the public or private sector.
Salary :
