You will play a key role in supporting and leading work generated by the strategic projects and conducting reviews on current practices to identify areas for improvements and potential enhancements.
You will review and develop academic regulations to ensure continuous improvement and the delivery of positive outcomes to students.
You’ll also provide administrative programme support for collaborative partner institutions (including advice on regulatory issues and the upload and maintenance of Student data in SITS).
To be successful, you will have a background of working within a Registry environment with strong customer service skills.
You will have experience of using SITS (or another equivalent student database system) and strong written and oral communication skills.
In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
