As a Vice President, working together with other investment professionals, your responsibilities would include:
Acquisitions, including development of the investment thesis and business plans, due diligence, and managing external advisors and junior members of the deal teams.
Asset management of existing investments, including setting the strategic direction at the board and shareholder level, and then working with management to deliver against strategic initiatives; and People leadership, including coaching and developing more junior members of the team.
Knowledge of infrastructure investment management is considered important for this role.
As such, you will have 6+ years of professional experience within an infrastructure fund, investment bank and/or consultancy.
You will be degree educated, be highly numerate, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will be a highly motivated, proactive and resilient individual.
You will demonstrate sound business judgement and possess strong interpersonal skills, which will give you the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
