As a Seat Frame Subject Matter Expert, you will be creating the technology roadmap for future seat frame families.

Focusing on creating lighter, sustainable, modular frames for future Jaguar Land Rover vehicles as well as accommodating the technology for the automated driving seating experience You will provide specific solutions and technical expertise for projects, and input into the planning and deployment of specific new technologies, systems, tools.

You conduct research into new technologies, systems and methods and tools using industry-specific tools.

You will research concept ideas using complex modelling to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost effective.

In this role you will also:

Support other technical specialists and SMEs through knowledge sharing and mentoring approach.

Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices, industry movements and future trends.

Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested Key Performance Indicators:
