The role is broad and will encompass numerous responsibilities and opportunities, providing support in many areas of project delivery.

The individual would benefit from having a basic level of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) knowledge as well as a facilities management background.

Role and responsibilities:

Provide administration duties relating to BAU and real estate capital structured projects.

Liaison and relationship management with the building services team relating to MEP activities Work together with the interior design team to plan business requests.

Operate as central point of contact for Workplace Operations Managers (WOMs)/service owners/BAU planning/move requests and assist with change management interaction and business updates i.e.

Does the request fit with workplace strategy, what is the business driver, does it add value and impact Support and liaise with the real estate project managers, design, planning and change management team on workplace FM operational input, living portfolio initiatives and business and environment changes Lead on the wayfinding and signage strategy, oversee the creation, delivery and implementation of signage, ensure consistency and brand values are adhered to Track and audit the movement of the firm’s artwork portfolio, register sales, organise repairs and complete annual insurance updates Manage outstanding client direct overspill works from projects and follow through to completion.

Pull together snagging and outstanding work registers and work with contractors to close out projects Audit offices and due diligence checks to ensure integrity of project design remains intact and where there are gaps compared to other locations recommend improvements Ensure consistent environment standards are evident throughout UK offices Take ownership for the client direct activities during implementation and mobilisation of refurbished, refreshed and new build property locations Carryout document control and manage project information via Cora system, including change control and review processes Provide programme management support utilising the powerproject programme system as requested Provide finance reports and cost based administration activities as required, on a project by project basis Role Requirement:

  Confident and articulate communicator, irrespective of the audience Able to express ideas, concepts, and information with clarity in both written and verbal form Numerate with strong analytical and decision-making skills and have an awareness of risk and opportunities  A team player that is able to achieve goals and objectives through building relationships with other team members and the wider community to deliver connected execution Focus on digital technology and demonstrate data management skills Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage time effectively Capable of interpreting instructions and issues arising, and then implementing actions according to administrative policies and procedures Able to apply a practical and logical approach to a range of diverse situations and not be afraid to disrupt and challenge Able to demonstrate resilience, act on being empowered to operate, drive improvements, and reimagine the possible in everything they do Acceptance that the role requires working and staying away from home as and when required in different UK locations, as this is essential due to the nature of the role Experience in a workplace office management or a facilities role is an important requirement A basic level of MEP services would be beneficial, although not essential Not the role for you?
