You will work 5 days per week, working 830am until 530pm all year round.
Salary between *£32,000-£38,000 pa * – depending upon qualifications and experience.

* A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years * Proven experience as a NurseryManager in a previous nursery setting, with at least 5 years experience * Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety * Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff * Be an excellent communicator and a team leader with a good understanding of the needs and demands of a day nursery * Promote the nursery to current parents and prospective customers * Support, supervise, train and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high quality childcare * Ensure the health and safety of the children, their parents, carers, the team and any visitors to the nursery * Adhere to all health and safety policy and procedures * Adhere to all Company policies and procedures * Ensure that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the owner *Please send your current CV NOW via email and/or ring 07728616616 and ask for Mandy. * MegaloRecruit Ltd is a specialist Early Years Childcare Recruitment Company working with nurseries across London and the Home Counties.
