Our Blackburn Business Centre accommodates various companies under one roof and we provide excellent business and administration services to our clients who lease our office space.
As a FrontOfficeManager, you will be responsible for the reception & administration services for the Business Centre, this includes the day-to-day operations involved in running the building, accommodating new tenants, being a point of contact for general queries, problem solving and providing an outstanding customer service experience to our clients.
You will be the go-to advocate for all office related services such as office facilities, parting permits, security passes, postage and much more.
We are looking for a professional and pro-active people person who has strong customer service and administrative experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday / 8.00am 17.00pm.
What would my main responsibilities be? Managing new tenant occupation and office related support such as IT equipment, telephone equipment, desk space and cleanliness to ensure a smooth, hassle free and professional welcoming to our new tenant Issuing licence agreements and uploading new tenants onto our systems, advising on invoicing and deposit processes Ensuring all new tenants have been given appropriate welcome packs, health & safety training and manuals and are confident with our EP Group procedures Building and maintain strong relationships with tenants on both a formal and informal basis (including giving potential tenants a tour to introduce them to the facilities and explain tenancy agreements available) Managing the main reception switchboard, handling and transferring calls / emails / queries to our tenants Managing the main reception, meet and greet visitors and clients, providing refreshments and ensuring they are dealt with professionally, courteously and promptly Managing all office facilities such as postage & franking / car park passes / alarm systems / ID badges Overseeing the cleanliness and standards for the building, raising any areas of improvement to the cleaning department Handling general queries and troubleshooting issues relating to IT / telephones / internet / office facilities ect Conducting client rent reviews, issuing invoices and chasing outstanding payments Identifying opportunities to enhance our business services to encourage collaboration and interpersonal relationships with our tenants such as networking events / meals ect Handling complaints and issues through to completion Creating weekly & monthly reports relating to finances, tenants and other reports as per request Providing general administrative support as per requests This list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to time Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years receptionist / administration experience Extremely professional with strong people / interpersonal / customer service skills Strong organisation & prioritisation skills with the ability to work across various tasks simultaneously Pro-active and efficient, able to manage your own time and workload with little supervision Experienced in working on word / powerpoint / excel / systems Apply today to start your fantastic career with the EP Group!
