The role will not only perform the finance related role, but also equip the wider business with financial insights, monitoring performance vs budget and delivering strategic growth ideas to enhance the company's bottom line.
As FinancialController your role will involve:
Managing a small finance team.
Assisting with the implementation of a new finance system Reviewing and improve all finance processes and implementing 'best practice' procedures Preparation of monthly financial reports including monthly P&L and balance sheet Build the annual budget by pulling together departmental budgets Manage and deliver the annual budget process with senior management to capture the strategic objectives.
Regular communication with budget holders to review P&L and to hold them accountable Work with the business directors to drive performance.
Production and development of the monthly finance board pack.
Budgeting, forecasting and weekly cash flow forecasting Year-end Annual audit MI and KPI reporting Margin and profitability reporting To apply for the position, you must:
