We are looking for an exceptionally talented and creative CulinaryDirector to lead and oversee all aspects of the kitchens across the group.
Ensuring that everything is running smoothly, from purchasing and inventory management to training and development of the teams.
Managing and implementing new menus for the group, working closely alongside all Executive chefs in both a creative and operational manner to deliver simple, fresh, high quality ingredients, presented in an attractive and appropriate style, reflecting the personality of the outlet as well as the overall group.

Key Responsibilities include:
Work closely with the Chairman and Group Head of Restaurants & Bars to develop the culinary concept vision across all outlets Menu control for all meal periods - Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Bar Food, M&E, In room dining Analysing data to identify opportunities.
Analysing food costs, sales mix and general feedback when developing new menus Creating a schedule to launch the seasonal menus with the Executive Chefs at each property Work closely with the Executive Chefs to maintain the quality and presentation of food, promote consistency across the restaurants Work closely with the Executive Chefs to develop the Vegan/Vegetarian menus Working closely with the marketing team to develop high quality and informative menus Driving quality assurance across the Group Sourcing and developing key relationships with quality suppliers Creating the database of SOP's for all recipes to drive consistency Monitoring all food and kitchen cost management Managing and liaising with food suppliers The Perks of working for The DoyleCollection:
