The work will include how to:
- Apply to have a Deputy appointed - Act as a Deputy or act for an appointed Deputy - Apply for a Statutory Will - Manage all financial affairs and set up personal care arrangements as needed - Apply for authority to deal with a one-off specific issue The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with an excellent academic background (2:
1 degree), 2+ years’ PQE.
You will be interested in marketing, have strong interpersonal and written skills, be able to use your initiative, have a flexible attitude to working hours, and work well with a team.
