We have been brave and creative in testing and piloting new models of working, that have enabled CAPE to reach out and bridge the gap in provision of those with complex mental health issues in Ealing.
The clinicallead role is an exciting opportunity for the right person wanting to work within the charity sector. This role will provide clinicalleadership across CAPE Services, ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to people with serious mental ill health in the community.
You will be responsible with the CEO and the Board of Trustees for service delivery to adults with complex needs, through NICE compliant approaches to working with emotional and mental health problems and support CAPE in creating a psychologically safe organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hold clinical responsibility for all CAPE clients.
Lead/recruit and manage the Community Mental Health Services at CAPE and develop a team of psychological support practitioners alongside Team Leader.
Analyse impact of community mental health services using a strength-based/social impact model.
Develop psychotherapy service including conducting assessments for access to talking therapies.
Develop clinical and therapy groups in response to gaps in provision.
Lead/recruit and manage a team of volunteer psychotherapists.
Ensure appropriate clinical supervision and reflective practice across the organisation.
Analyse impact of Psychotherapy services using standard measures such GAD.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
